To savor the freshness of HummingBird’s Signature Sorrel, store it in a cool place or, even better, in the fridge, which will assist preservation for up to six months (unopened bottle) and 10 days (opened bottle). For extra preservation, return the pimento berries to the bottle. They really do preserve the drink.
